Celebrating India’s Handcrafted Heritage: EcoKaari at Artisan Exhibitions Across the Country

Celebrating India’s Handcrafted Heritage: EcoKaari at Artisan Exhibitions Across the Country

India’s artisanal heritage is one of the richest in the world, a vibrant tapestry of craft, tradition, culture, and community. At EcoKaari, we carry forward this legacy through our mission of Humanising Fashion, where age-old handloom practices meet sustainable upcycling. Every product we create honours the hands that make it, the plastic saved from landfills, and the craft traditions that deserve to thrive in modern markets.

In 2025, EcoKaari is proud to participate in some of the most respected and celebrated exhibitions across India platforms that champion artisans, handmade products, slow fashion, and sustainable enterprises. These events gather creators, craft clusters, NGOs, and conscious brands from across the country, giving audiences a chance to experience authentic Indian craftsmanship.

Here’s a look at the exhibitions EcoKaari is a part of and how each one helps amplify the voices of artisans and craft-based organisations like ours.

Dates: 26th to 30th November 2025
Time: 11 am to 8 pm
Venue: Jayamahal Palace Hotel, Bengaluru

The Hundred Hands is a community-driven movement dedicated to “Reviving the Handmade.” Their exhibitions are known for supporting small artisans, fostering ethical consumerism, and encouraging slow, responsible living.

EcoKaari is thrilled to be part of their Bengaluru showcase, where visitors can meet our team, learn about our upcycling process, and shop directly from our artisan-made product range. Each fabric displayed is woven from waste plastic using manual charkhas and handlooms, a powerful reminder that sustainability and craftsmanship can coexist beautifully.

A heartfelt thank you to The Hundred Hands team for continuously uplifting small craft enterprises and giving artisans a dignified space to share their creations.
