Shipping Policy

 

SHIPPING DOMESTIC (INDIA)

- For all orders, we ship through reputed courier companies (DTDC & Maruti Air) or the Speed Post facility of the Indian Postal Services in case the services of private courier isn't available at the delivery locations.

- We offer Free Shipping only for the domestic orders ie. Pan India. 
- Tracking details are shared after the shipment is dispatched in from our office.

- Delivery times are approximate and is dependent on the Logistics Partners. Depending on your location, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public Holidays may not be considered business days.

- Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and will be shared as per the shipping arrangements. 

- We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

- Currently the offer the ability to pick up your online order in-store is only available at the PUNE location where our HQ is. For details, click here

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or if a product or price is incorrectly listed. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. 

- OUT OF STOCK - In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is out of stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled and you will not be charged for that item. Our customer services team would be happy to advise on an alternative item.

- All products other than the ones manufactured by EcoKaari Private Limited, the respective Companies/Organisation will ship privately, and share the shipping details with you. EcoKaari will not be held responsible for any mishaps.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- For all orders, we ship through reputed courier companies; DHL, FedEx etc.

- For International Shipping, final shipping costs will be applied on the actuals of the invoice and we will inform you accordingly before shipping. However, we take a basic charge of INR 3500/-. 

- Any significant difference in the shipping costs, have to be paid by the customer at the time of shipping (if it exceeds the shipping costs taken at the time of placing the order). If the shipping costs is less then the amount difference will be refunded in the form of a Product. 

- The customer will have to bear any additional customs duties or taxes that may arise at the time of clearance of shipments.

- Tracking numbers are shared via email after the shipment is dispatched from our office. EcoKaari will not be held responsible for any mishaps.

- All products other than the ones manufactured by EcoKaari Private Limited, the respective Companies/Organisation will ship privately, and share the shipping details with you.

- Shipping is entirely dependent on the Rules and Regulations of respective countries and courier service providers.

NOTE: Delivery times will normally vary depending on the kind of items selected. You will be provided with a shipping estimate and delivery time frame at the time of placement of order. However, for International Shipping, final shipping costs will be applied on the actuals of the invoice and we will inform you accordingly prior to shipping. All our shipments are sent via internationally reputed logistics partners who also handle customs clearances.

However, the customer will have to bear any additional customs duties or taxes that may arise at the time of clearance of shipments.
