EcoKaari is a social enterprise, born from an ardent desire to create a community where bottom-up development is the key to achieve better living for all in a sustainable way.
What is the difference between Recycling and Upcycling?
Recycling is the process of turning waste into a reusable material or product. It involves taking everyday household items, such as paper, glass, and plastic, breaking down the materials, and using them to form another product that is often of lesser quality. For example, the quality of plastic and paper slightly decreases every time it is recycled.
How does EcoKaari sell its UPCYCLED-HANDCRAFTED products to conscious consumers?

We want to give EcoKaari’s products as corporate gifts. What is the procedure?

Our web store is secured with an SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance, whether the amount is debited or not. What kind of packaging will be used to courier my order?
Our packaging is plastic-free. We use the waste fabric pieces of the lining cloth as our packing material. A marker handwrites the details of the shipment, and it is couriered through Post Office via Speed Post or DTDC or any other reliable courier services.
Are there any special prices offered on the bulk order of EcoKaari’s UPCYCLED-HANDCRAFTED product(s)?

Do you have the product in stock? Can I order the same in bulk quantity?
All the UPCYCLED-HANDCRAFTED products which are on display our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities available at that time.
Can I return EcoKaari’s UPCYCLED-HANDCRAFTED product(s) after I have received the order?

Do you ship EcoKaari’s UPCYCLED-HANDCRAFTED products worldwide?
Yes, we do ship our products worldwide.
What will be the Shipping time of the courier?
Shipping time depends on the delivery address given by the customer. The shipping time will be confirmed upon the order confirmation to the customer. Majorly it takes 4-5 working days for delivery.
Can I track my order online?
Yes, you can track your order. We will send you the tracking details of the shipment when the parcel is couriered to you.
What will be the Shipping cost of the courier?
Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost is automatically added during the checkout process.
Exchange Policy and After Care
What is EcoKaari's Exchange Policy? How does it work?
EcoKaari's exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased for any reason within the specified exchange period (7 days from the date of the delivery). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take adequate measure to protect its condition.
Can I get my EcoKaari’s (or Aarohana) UPCYCLED-HANDCRAFTED product repaired?
Closing the Loop is essential to EcoKaari Team. We strongly believe in "Repair" and have added it to our 5 R's framework, namely Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repair and Recycle or UPCYCLE! Come to our workshop in Pune or courier us your old products, and we will repair it for FREE. So that you can use our products for as many years to come without throwing them away.
